Hey this household is still going. Yes I know that it has been a long time that I posted. I would like to give a update on our summer. not sure how long this post will be. My brothers wedding has come and gone. It was sept. 12. IT is just the 2 of us sibling and we share the same wedding date but 11 years different. We kind of have a interesting thing going here His wife Carolyn and I have the same birthday month and so do Ben and Donald. Ours is sept and 7 days apart and there's Oct. and 5 days apart.

We had a very busy summer.  It seemed that at times I hardly had time to do my canning but we got it done. We had some bigger projects going this summer. We moved some sheds and made a chicken pen and so now we have chicken running around in the back in a pen. We are enjoying the fresh eggs daily and we raised chicks for meat. It was a lot of fun for the children to see them grow.

We went camping twice with family and then one day we took the children to the zoo. They loved that day. It was so much fun to see them look at the next animal espcially the oldest and she was trying to figure out what the next animal was. fun memories.

We had some excitement this fall now as of today we adopted a little boy. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and we had him since he was 2 weeks old. we are very blessed. 

Engaged to be married this fall:    My baby brother Ben and Carolyn Yoder. This is to be a fall wedding.

A little update about our lives our 7 year old girl has been at Philhaven for 10 days already. It sure is a long time to have her gone. Why is she there? Well she has not been doing good at school. Took all her angry out of the teacher, students and anybody else that got in her way at school. She is not like that at home cause we do not allow her to hit, kick, spit, or hurt anybody else went she is mad. well at school that don't have the same rules and she can do more at school then at home. No she is not there for mental help it is more for medication and work on her angry. How long will she be there yet? we don't know it will be up to her depands how she makes her choices. We are hopeing she would be adopted before so long but you never know it could be another year or more till everything is through. I believe that her moms wants to fight the whole thing and if that is the case will it will be a long time till thing will be done. 

As far as the little 2 year old of the house his parental rights termation hearing will be June 1 and mom has 30 days to appeal if she does not then adoption papers can be started.

Our little 7month old it looks like she will be going to live with mom in june. So we are enjoying her as much as possible till that time. She is the reason that I am not in bed now cause she did not want to go to sleep. Oh the life of a Mom.
